Visit to Borough Green Station
We have had yet another busy week, with a visit to the Nursery to watch their Nativity on Monday, a walk to Borough Green train station to watch a steam train pull up to the platform and we are looking forward to a pantomime this afternoon.
The children particularly enjoyed their walk to the station and many villagers commented on their fantastic behaviour. They entertained the commuters with some Christmas songs whilst waiting for the train. They have watched the video of the train several times and it is now on Tapestry for them to enjoy at home.
Early Years would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your contributions to our reverse Advent. The children had a talk from Nigel from The Church of the Good Shepherd about how their Food Bank contributions are used and he discussed the most useful foods to contribute. We have filled a large box that will be taken to the church next week.
