On Thursday, a group of year 6 girls represented the school at the Road to Wembley football tournament at Tonbridge Angels. The team qualified for the plate competition following a tough group stage, going on to win their quarter final match on penalties following a 2-2 draw against St John's CE Primary School. In the semi-final, a 0-0 draw led to another penalty shootout where we were narrowly defeated by St Marks CE Primary School. Well done to all of the girls - they represented the school brilliantly and played some fantastic football!
